Refund Policy

A purchase costs USD 12.90, tax included, and covers three AI design concepts with PNG downloads. There is no recurring charge. Waffo Pancake processes payment as merchant of record.

Generation problems

If a generation fails, check the saved order before paying again. Eligible retries use the same purchase and preserve already generated concepts. If we cannot deliver all three valid PNG files after troubleshooting, you may request a full refund for that purchase.

Other purchase issues

Contact us about duplicate charges, missing downloads or files that are materially unusable. Please submit the purchase reference, the payment email and a description of the problem within 14 days of payment where possible. Artistic preferences and AI variability are considered case by case; we do not offer a guarantee of exclusivity, registration availability or a specific artistic result. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of these timeframes or limitations.

How to request help or a refund

Use our billing contact form, or open the Waffo consumer portal with your checkout email. Do not send full payment-card details. Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method; processing time depends on the provider and your financial institution.

A confirmed refund ends further generation and download access for the refunded order. Closing checkout before payment does not complete a purchase. This policy does not affect any non-waivable cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.
