Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ranch Brand Maker at ranchbrandmaker.com. By using the service or purchasing a generation, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Contact the service operator through our contact form.

1. The service

Ranch Brand Maker creates AI-generated cattle brand and ranch mark concepts from a description and an optional reference logo. A purchase includes three separately prompted design directions and downloads of their original PNG files, individually or together in a ZIP folder. Returned image dimensions are shown with the results. No physical goods, hand-drawn design service, vector files, trademark search or registration service are included.

The configured image model is gpt-image-2.5-flare, accessed through the third-party CodexCN image API. Ranch Brand Maker is independently operated and is not an official product of, or endorsed by, the model provider.

2. Eligibility and your submissions

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a purchase agreement. Submit only text and logos you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload personal identity documents, confidential information, or photographs of identifiable people. You retain your rights in submitted materials and authorize their processing only as needed to provide, protect and support the service.

3. Price and payment

Each purchase costs USD 12.90, tax included, for three concepts and PNG downloads. This is a one-time purchase: there is no subscription, automatic renewal or credit plan. Where offered, Waffo may show a local-currency payment amount before you confirm payment.

Checkout and payment are handled by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record. Its checkout, billing and payment terms also apply. We do not collect or store complete payment-card details. Generation begins only after the backend confirms payment. While checkout is unavailable, the site does not accept payments.

4. Delivery and access

Generation time varies with provider availability. Keep the browser and local storage used for your purchase: a private order credential on that device authorizes access to your files. Results are available for download for 30 days after completion. Download and keep your own copies. Clearing browser storage or switching devices can prevent automatic order recovery; contact us with your receipt if you need help.

If generation fails, an eligible retry reuses the same purchase and preserves already completed concepts. Some interrupted requests require review to avoid charging the image service twice. You should check the saved order or contact support before making another purchase.

5. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Contact us about non-delivery, duplicate payments or materially unusable files. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. A confirmed refund revokes further generation and access to downloads for that order.

6. Acceptable use

Use this specialized design tool only for lawful mark and logo concepts. The following requests or uploads are prohibited:

• Pornography, explicit sexual material or other NSFW content.
• Graphic violence, gore or encouragement of violence.
• Hate speech or content promoting discrimination against protected groups.
• Child sexual abuse material or other sexualized or exploitative content involving minors.
• Deepfakes, impersonation, face swaps or deceptive depictions of real people.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including requests to copy protected marks without authorization.

Descriptions are checked through Waffo Prompt Sift before checkout. Generation is also subject to the image provider's safety controls. A blocked or unapproved request does not proceed to checkout. Automated checks may make mistakes; use the content report form to report a result or request review. We may reject requests, remove files or restrict service access when needed to enforce these rules, subject to applicable refund and consumer obligations. We do not operate a public gallery of user-generated work.

7. AI output and intellectual property

AI output may contain mistakes, artifacts, similarities to other work or inaccurate lettering. Three design directions do not guarantee that every visual feature will differ. We do not promise exclusivity, copyright eligibility, ownership of third-party rights, brand registration availability or suitability for manufacturing.

To the extent we hold transferable rights in a delivered output, we permit you to use it for personal and commercial purposes. That permission does not transfer rights belonging to others. Before using a mark, conduct the appropriate registration and rights checks and consult your brand office, designer or maker about its construction.

8. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a working service, but availability depends on hosting, payment and image providers. We may maintain, change or suspend the service. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or a particular artistic result. Our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase to the extent permitted by law. This limit does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy, changes and disputes

Our Privacy Policy explains how submissions, order records, browser storage and support requests are processed. We may update these terms for future use and will show the updated date here; material purchase terms are those disclosed when you purchase. Contact us first to resolve a concern. These terms do not remove any mandatory protections or court rights available under the law that applies to you.
